Attendance Officer
I was born and educated in Fiji. After 6 years in banking (BNZ and ANZ) I took some time off work to raise a young family and settle in NZ. I have lived in PNG, Fiji, Christchurch, Wellington and came back to Palmerston North to complete my tertiary education to graduate in
November 2010 in the area of Psychology.
Working part-time here at LAC since 2008 as the Attendance Officer while studying full-time is an enormous blessing. The job involves the data input of student attendance and collating of absence notes.
I have been blessed with three beautiful children: Hannah (10yrs), Adam (13yrs) and Courtney (17yrs). Being an independent parent since 2004 saw my faith journey renewed and I joined the Seventh-day Adventist church. My trust in the Lord continues to soar as I learn to lean on GOD more. I love spending time with my children (camping, playing board games, cooking) and with friends (fellowship, movies).
Suffice to say I can be a workaholic when doing project work, for example I am currently working on a casual basis for the Massey MBA Programme as a Projects Administrator while also working part time here at LAC. This has been made possible by the fact that I have finished the studies for now, until I plan to do my Masters!
