Social Sciences at LAC are comprised of History, Geography, Economics and Social Studies.

It is important for students to understand the world in which they live, the way Nations and Cultures have evolved over time. The study of humanities encourages thinking and processing information on a deeper level. The opportunity to use the skills of evaluation, analysis and discernment in relation to the functioning of people and societies, both historically and currently, pave the way for future leaders with an understanding that we can make positive changes for the future.
